The purpose of this research is to examine the origin and the inflow background of Chinese Ming Dynasty blue and white porcelain of Kraak style imported into both the Iberian Peninsula Portugal and Spain. First of all, in the case of the Portugal market, blue and white of the Santos Palace, Lisbon, had the various kinds and styles of kraak porcelain from 16th to 18th century. Thus the delft ware that decorated the border frame of pyramid ceiling fulfilled with Chinese porcelain, showed the hierarchy of the ceramics. And the kraak porcelain from wrecked ship of 16th century was designed with both subject pattern of the center without outlines and freely positioned border patterns. In terms of the Spain market, the characteristics of kraak porcelain was very similar to the that of the Portugal’s kraak porcelain. However, from the 1600s and on, the kraak porcelain which included dishes, ewer and kundika from wrecked ship and the palace and plaza, demonstrated the stylized frame section without the space.
