The purpose of this study is to find the mediating effect of intrinsic job motivation on the relation between hotel employees’ perceived Creating Sharing Value (CSV) and their organizational trust and to provide suggestions. To achieve that, this research used 257 of 300 questionnaire copies as effective samples. After a hypothesis was established, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, multiple regression analysis, and hierarchical regression analysis were conducted to look into the influential relations between variables. For these analyses, SPSS 18.0 was applied. As a result, the CSV positively and significantly influenced intrinsic job motivation and organizational trust, and intrinsic job motivation significantly influenced organizational trust. In addition, intrinsic job motivation had its mediating effect on the relation between the CSV and organizational trust. In other words, intrinsic motivation had the partially mediating effect on support perception, and the fully mediating effect on communication, and identified motivation had the partially mediating effect on support perception and communication, and the fully mediating effect on fair transactions. Therefore, the established hypothesis was accepted.
