The purpose of this study is to analyze the curriculum of the aviation service related department among four-year universities in Korea and to find ways to improve the curriculum. To this end, the current level and the required level of the subjects were identified through the IPA analysis, and the directions for opening the curriculum and curriculum related subjects were presented.
As a result of analyzing 37 courses and 7 areas for instructors with cabin crew experience, it was found that the curriculum, basic major areas and foreign language areas should all be maintained continuously but the subjects in the concentrating areas, other business management areas, employment field, and other industrial areas appeared to be curriculum that should be reduced. This means that the curriculum areas directly related to the cabin crew"s duties are important and should be included in the basic curriculum. However, given the small number of cabin crew workers, the curriculum for unemployed workers should also be considered.
