This study aimed to examine the impact of hotel information system quality (system quality, information quality, and service quality) on user satisfaction and the moderating effect of user’s computer self-efficacy in the relationships. 181 usable questionnaires were collected from hotel employees working at accounting departments. The results show that five among six hypotheses were supported as follows. First, the regression results show that all the four sub-dimensions of hotel information system quality, namely system quality, information quality, and service quality, significantly influenced user satisfaction. Second, users' computer self-efficacy partially moderated the relationship between hotel information system quality and user satisfaction. Specifically, users' computer self-efficacy moderated the relationships etween system quality/service quality and user satisfaction, while the relationship between information qualityand user satisfaction was not moderated by users' computer elf-efficacy. The current results imply that those who have higher self-efficacy on computers tend to be more sensitive to the quality of hotel accounting information system, while tne quality does not significantly influenced satisfaction for those who have lower self-efficacy on computers
