The purpose of this study is to expand the capacity of students to accommodate the development ofthe international business residential complex development district, which is composed of large scale, and toapply the district unit plan considering the improvement of the educational environment and the local specialcharacteristics of the international business residential complex. The progress of study for the elementary schoolbuilding planning is as follows. First, I planned the space composition for the place property as educationalfacility in the international business residential development district. I have planned an elementary school fromthe viewpoint of urban context, not merely the facade and mass composition of expressing the function. Third,the change direction of the 2015 revised curriculum was analyzed in terms of the teaching-learning system ofthe elementary school individual subject, and the number of required classrooms by the class size was calculatedthrough the user questionnaire. In addition, I proposed a planning directions to accommodate changes inteaching contents and teaching-learning methods according to the change of the curriculum of the future 2015revision of the arrangement and operation of teachers according to the aesthetic and functional system of theinternational business residential development district.
