The purpose of this study is to investigate the experiences of Pre-kindergarten teachers in the classroom. As a result of the study, Pre-kindergarten teachers had practical experience and related experience about the progress of the class during the practical training. It was shown that they had a practical experience of planning and preparing the lessons, directly teaching the lessons with the infants, and having a relationship with the infant and the teacher. It is possible to think about the actual role of the kindergarten teachers while planning and proceeding the teaching activity, to face the present as the preliminary kindergarten teacher, and to reflect on the qualities and ability as the kindergarten teacher in the class interaction with the young child and the guidance teacher Respectively. Based on the results of this study, it will be necessary to develop a curriculum that manages the practical training system to develop the pre-kindergarten teachers.
