For Arendt political action and amor mundi should be closely interrelated. Political action is defined both as agonal encounter between actors, and as the collective process of deliberation and decision-making, while amor mundi is defined as the disinterested and passionate attitude toward the world, that is, the care for the world. Therefore, this work is emphasized on the interrelations between politics(praxis) and ethics, Power as a condition for the action, and the justifiable violence contribute to transform the desert-world into the humanizing world. And the judgment as political action is also related with the care for the others, because open-minded or enlarged thinking enables us to communicate with each other, and provides us the opportunity to deliberate collectively the public affairs. Political judgment is closely related to responsibility. Responsibility as a mode of political action also springs from the care for the world, because the equalization of doing and suffering is tantamount to the sacrifice for the world rather than the exclusive self-interests. Regretfully, Arendt does not theoretically articulate amor mundi, whose content is found in the phrase ‘the humanizing world,’ ‘the care for the others,’ and ‘responsibility for the world.’ But her passionate and disinterested attitude toward the world is composed of one of several axes in her works as whole.
