Recently, experience-oriented sport tourists seek for more diverse features. In order to accommodate the diversity of their needs, satisfaction structure needs to be analyzed and evaluated. This research intends to furnish such information for practical use in targeted area. The main goals to define several aspects analyzed by the interaction of cause and effect, based on the standard of investigation of exogenous and endogenous latent variables was apparent. Value of service was as follows: from quality of service(.863 direct Effect). Image of facility was from the following: quality of service(.873 direct effect). Customer satisfaction was from the following: quality of service(.289 direct effect and .495 indirect effect), from value of service(.391 direct effect), from image of facility(.180 direct effect). Cause of complaints was from the following: customer satisfaction(-.110 direct effect), from quality of service(-.086 indirect effect), from value of service(-.043 indirect effect), from image of facility(-.020 indirect effect). Intension to return was from the following: customer satisfaction(.453 direct effect), from quality of service(.355 indirect effect), from value of service(.177 indirect effect), from image of facility(.082 indirect effect).
