This study is a study on introduction of employment contribution recognition system which is one of the measures to increase the duty rate of the disabled. Korea has adopted the mandatory employment system for the disabled, but has not achieved the target rate yet. In particular, the employment rate of persons with disabilities in large corporations is considerably lower than the target rate. The adoption of the employment contribution recognition system was considered as one of the measures to increase the employment rate of the disabled of large enterprises and to provide high quality employment for persons with disabilities. This system is a scheme in which companies are provided with vocational training for people with disabilities or renting educational facilities, where the number of people and their ratio are reflected in the employment rate of the disabled. This is similar to French professional contract or apprenticeship contract. Through this system, many French companies employ people with disabilities and people with disabilities benefit. It will be possible to examine the application to Korea by knowing the professional contract, the apprenticeship contract.
