The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of CPR Educational of Badminton club member on Knowledge, Attitude, and Safety Consciousness and to suggest a fundamental information for eduation program development and follow-up study. In this sense, after the aim and purpose of this current to persons who registered in badminton club as well as educated over 3 hours among members in U metropolitan city were explained, members volunteered and participated were sampled. The questionaries of 300 were distributed from Nov. 13(Wed), 2017 to Jan. 13(Sat), 2018. for statistical analysis the final data of 273 were utilized excluding non-respondents, double respondents, and non-completed respondents. The findings showed as follows.
Consequently the results demonstrated that as CPR Education time of Badminton club member increased, the level of Knowledge and Fire Safety were high, and also as lag time after final education was shorter, the level of Living Safety and Disaster Safety were high. Also, correlation analysis between variables indicated that CPR Knowledge positively correlated with Living Safety and Fire Safety among Attitude and Safety Consciousness, CPR Attitude positively correlated with Safety Consciousness, and there were statistically significant correlation between sub-factors among safety consciousness. Conclusively, this study pointed out that Badminton club member should be informed of importance of CPR reeducation and in-service training. The follow up study reflecting type of job for various life sports participants including Badminton club members should be needed. Also, Underlying and systemic research such as qualitative research including in-depth interview to complement and support limitation of quantitative research including survey and treatment of program should be needed. In the future study, Research that could developed education program matched with diverse class and focus on opportunity of reeducation and in-service training should be needed.
