Pupose: Although safety accidents are rapidly increasing in sports field, empirical research on golfers' safety is very limited. The purpose of this study was to clarify the relationship between safety consciousness, safety culture and safety attitude. Methods: In this study, 171 golfers were sampled in Gyeonggi-by using a purposive sampling method. Validity and reliability were verified by factor analysis and reliability analysis. In particular, the reliability coefficient was over .60. Statistical analysis was used regression analysis and path analysis. Conclusion: The conclusion were as follows: First, the safety consciousness of the golfer affects the safety culture. Second, the safety consciousness of the golfer influences the safety attitude. Third, direct safety culture of golfers affects safety attitude. Fourth, Safety consciousness not only directly affects safety attitudes, but also affects safety attitudes through safety culture related to golf. It can be seen that the safety attitude directly related with the safety accident of a golfer can be fostered by promoting safety awareness and forming a safety culture. Therefore, it will be necessary to develop and distribute educational programs or manuals that can enhance the safety consciousness of golfers in golf organizations.
