The purpose of this study is to predict the behavior intention of trade fair visitors focused on the register types. In this paper, it used Extended Model of Goal-directed Behavior to achieve the research objectives, by mastering the relationship between attitude for participation, perceived behavior control, subjective norm, positive anticipated emotion, negative anticipated emotion, involvement with trade fair and desire of the trade fair participation, to predict the behavior intention of the trade fair participation. For these purposes, this study classified trade fair visitors by pre-registrations and on-site registrations.
The hypothesis of this study is based on the literature review. The data were analyzed with SPSS 23.0 and Smart PLS 2.0.
The result of analysis through 325 effective samples(288 samples of pre-registrations and 97 samples of onsite registrations), the factors that affect to pre-registered visitors are in order of a positive anticipated emotion, an involvement, a perceived behavioral control and a negative anticipated emotion. However, the variables that affect to onsite registered visitors are in order of a negative anticipated emotion, an attitude and an involvement. An hypothesis of subjective norms and a perceived behavioral control are rejected under the both registrations. An involvement which is an additional variable factor affected to both registrations, But the relation between an involvement and a behavioral intention was not significant on both registrations.
