The importance of developing human resources in relation to the competitiveness of SMEs is growing day by day , but often if there are several difficulties . In addition, due to the poor working conditions, organizational commitment is a situation inevitably too low. Since 2014 the Government and the Human Resources Development Service of Korea has also supported SMEs and start doing my business combination study systematically training (S-OJT) to enable this. This ability can be improved through the work day even if the day learning to parallel my commitment to the organization’s position in the enterprise is bound to be reluctant to invest in education. Organizational commitment is closely related to my relationship with the members of the psychological and organizational capital it has a positive impact on job satisfaction and job happiness. The purpose of this study is that psychological capital of my participation SME employment workers concurrent learning at identifying the impact on organizational commitment and empirically verify the moderating effect of staff (corporate teachers) and learner relationship (learning workers) quality (LMX).
