The purpose of this study is to develop an easy-to-read version of job information book for the intellectual disabilities. We expect that this book will promote career information accessibility of individuals with intellectual disabilities. We expect that knowing job information gives them a chance to evaluate jobs and make a decision. Further, it has a better chance for their own career. The contents of this book are developed based on literature study, practice advise and survey. Through the literature study we investigated the jobs suitable for them and the items to be included in the information. On the basis of the results of the literature study and practice advises, we determined 33 jobs and 12 job information items. We have surveyed from vocational rehabilitation counselors of 18 branch offices of the KEAD and special education teachers who attended to conference or training program related to them. We received 141 responses. Based on the findings of our survey, we have selected 13 jobs and 3 job information items. We write the text about 13 jobs and draw suitable images to accompany our text. We write the our publication in accordance with the guide to producing easy read documents and tested whether people with intellectual disabilities can understand this book. Based on this study, we want to become interested in easy-to-read version publication which should be pay attention in the employment for the disabled field.
