Report Errors
The purpose of this study is that the organizational culture of social enterprise to pursue social value and economic value get at the impact on social performance and economical performance. Main results are as follows. First, on social and economical performance of social enterprise, the sub-factors of organizational culture like development of cultural and community culture, hierarchy culture was having a positive effect. Second, on the economic performance of the social enterprise, collective culture were having a positive effect. Third, on total performance of social enterprise, development and community culture, hierarchy culture was having a positive effect. But, Rational culture was found not to affect.
