In this study, the organizational culture perceived by fire service employees was measured using the competing value model, and the homogeneity and intensity of the organizational culture perception was measured through coefficient of variation. Based on the measured organizational culture perception, the organizational culture profile of each member of the firefighting organization was evaluated by cluster analysis. The relationship between the organizational culture profile type and organizational commitment and job satisfaction was verified through marginal analysis. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the organizational culture research methodology through a new methodological approach that can be used as a tool for in-depth understanding of organizational culture evaluation. The relationship between organizational culture profile and organizational effectiveness was evaluated by applying multi-nominal logit regression model. Resluts will provide the basis for judgment for establishing and managing an organizational culture according to the organizational culture type. It is expected that it will be helpful in forming an organizational culture of similar organizations, like police, military, and public organizations, medical institutions, which are in charge of the national crisis management organization. Further research is required to understand the characteristics of the organizational culture profile for each detailed group of firefighting organizations.
