The purpose of this study was to provide basic material which are helpful to development and establishment of the sportsmen & women`s mutual-aid association and we have the results and suggestions as follows by investigating the sportsmen & women`s mutual-aid association law and Welfare system in Korea. First, the Special quality of the sportsmen & women`s mutual-aid association was legal system that prescribe substance by law. It is a nonprofit public organization which do wellbeing promotion and stabilization of livelihood by purpose. Second, must limit member`s extent by connection organization`s employees directly with elite sports person(referee, athlete, coach etc) because of governmental financial support. Third, the business of sportsmen & women`s mutual-aid association is consisted of allowance, welfare, fund furtherance business. The details businesses consider retirement allowance, injury allowance, athlete`s hospital operation, school expenses finance, employment information offer, life safety fund lending, sizable sum of money preparation saving business etc. Fourth, plan that given period government supports for budget security or a person who is short in constant level is plan supporting in user or country is considered.
