In conclusion, the education system and program have to be developed to wide the choice chance for the students and parents and to guarantee the parents’ right to choice the school for their child and to control the nation’s authority in the current educational system. And it is needed to be promoted the educational development policy as education program in school, reeducation for the teachers and the service training system to promote the public education standard as private education standard.
In this respect, the various highschool foundation policy of the new Korean government is the policy to guarantee the student’s right to learn and the parents’ right to choice the school. but to promote the goal of this policy effectively is needed several factors to revise. it is necessary to minimize the course of study needed by the state for the self-regulation of school and have to guarantee the right to make a course of study not only public school but also special purpose high school in several types.
And it is needed to try not be showed discrimination in the field of area and type of school and to emphasize the effectivity of study on the public school in normal school district. And it is needed to try set up the practical social system to enjoy their happy life even the students studying in the vocational school.
These every policies are relating to the educational normalization in public schools and the compulsory education belong to the elementary and middle school and the other midterm education as the entrance university education policy. And the most important view is how to promote the goal of these policy in general respect.
