This study examines the present status of the social welfare institutions and the conditionally-registered or unregistered social welfare institutions in the countrywide and Kyonggi-do by comparing and analyzing them, and then tries to find the plans for improvement and the counterplans for support.
For this, this study re-analyzes the problems by thoroughly reviewing the problems of the unregistered social welfare institutions, which have been found in the previous studies, and the conditionally-registered system that is being pushed by Government.
As a result, it is concluded that the research for the actual state of the conditionallyregistered social welfare institutions and unregistered social welfare institutions should be made again, and as a counterplan for this kind of problem, the extension of public lease housing such as group home system may be needed.
