The resorts business are introducing diverse management innovations to secure the labor market for the service, and improve the efficiency of the management. Therefore, the purpose of the this study was to organize literature related to the organizational effectiveness in resorts, and to propose the basic informations for the development of resort corporate in the future through the research results.
This study also will inspect the general concept of mobilities among factors, their type and their movements, and will identify what causal relationship will be showed among mobilities of resort corporate organizational effectiveness.
The Dat was collected 15 days from February 13 to 28, 2009 for practical analysis and settled 139 samples as availabilities and practical analysis. To achieve the purpose of the study, Based on this theoretical study, The techniques used in the theory are frequent analysis, reliability test, validity test, ANOVA, using SAS. The results of this study are as follows :
There are 3 Factors which directly effect resort corporate are organizational effectiveness, 1. satisfaction in job, 2. organization immersion, 3. organization sameness. The result reveal that influence between the factor of the characteristics for resort organizational effectiveness is different by satisfaction in job, organization immersion, organization sameness. From these results, resort corporate organizational effectiveness have a great effect and indicate that it is necessary to develop the corporate with collective trait of resort business. Finally, it is hoped that the findings of this study will be helpful to both present and future resorts industries.
