If stress that players feel becomes burdensome, deteriorate pride as well as capital mettle falling exhaustion state and slump as well as lose interest about exercise.
Also, stress affects contradictory exercise achievement and serious case players no longer make to sustain exercise.
Can assume by our country sports players' life chooses duty that forestallings are end retirement because suffer from stress about victory and defeat than joy of sports itself by receive much pressures under environment that short thing focuses in result overly than the other country.
Thus if players do not overcome stress, can not but become victim of stress.
But, players must do will no longer must become victim of stress, and can do continuous player life as overcome this and is interested in achievement itself.
Had kept in step and recognize the importance about emotional intelligence in physical education psychology in current enemy these age and be interested since the 1990s but research that research history of this field is short, and examine closely relation of sports and emotional intelligence because there is difficulty though do shame Tuesday with emotion intelligence was not tried.
This research will talk that there is sense though wish to present way to get rid of stress of athletes confirming whether emotional intelligence takes charge some role by instrument to get rid of stress as that investigate students' stress and relation with emotional intelligence that major sports hereupon.
