The purpose of this study was offering a fundamental material to maximize physical education lesson through comparative study on physical education lesson satisfaction of alternative high school's students. To achieve this purpose, total 245 samples were drawn for subjects of this study and subjects were alternative high school's students. It was comparative analyzed on physical education lesson satisfaction of alternative high school's students according to the sexㆍschool gradeㆍfrequency of participationㆍexercise item. The result of this study were as follows; the distinction of sex, it appeared that physical education lesson satisfaction was male＞female and close to 4point. And it showed a statistically significant difference at effectiveness of physical education lesson. The distinction of school grade, it appeared that physical education lesson satisfaction was 1＞2＞3 and close to 4point. But it wasn't statistically significant difference. The distinction of frequency of participation, it was high physical education lesson satisfaction of participant students at 3～5 time. But it wasn't statistically significant difference. The distinction of exercise item, it was high physical education lesson satisfaction of participant students at ball game. And it showed statistically significant difference at physical education teacher, effectiveness of physical education lesson. In conclusion, it was suggested that qualitative improvement of physical education lesson, diversification of exercise item, the expansion of physical facilities and physical materials, changing awareness about physical education lesson, introduction of safety education subject, etc.
