The purpose of this study was to investigate current issues of administrative aspects of sports for all and suggest meaningful solutions for the issues and problems. Total of 6 administrative members of the organizations of sports for all participated in the study. The study utilized qualitative methodology. The results of this study were drawn following suggestions;
1. It was important to understand the unique aspects of the administration for the sports for all programs.
2. It was necessary to review the entire process of licensing for the program leaders in terms of qualifications and educational systems.
3. It was necessary to promote the operational systems for the programs in the field.
4. It was important to renovate the status of administrative office for the programs.
In conclusion, it was necessary to improve the status of the administrative members to ensure their responsibility for the tasks. It also was important to provide the various types of educational programs to promote their knowledge and experiences. According to these procedures, the entire aspects of sports for all programs could be developed and renovated.
