The object of this study is to find a significant difference between the degree of job satisfaction and the market orientation according to the demographical characteristics, and another is to empirically testify the impact of market orientation factor on the job satisfaction factors among the regional Sports Center employees.
For the purpose of empirical test of research hypothesis, the advanced statistical methods such as independent t-test, One-way ANOVA and Regression Analysis are used with the SPSS/PC+10.0 program.
The findings of the empirical test are as follows.
(1) The higher age is, the more job satisfaction are appeared to show a significantly difference, while the other factors such as the job condition and the role distinctness have no meaningful result.
(2) The job condition are appeared to show a significantly difference according to the careers, while the other factors have no meaningful result.
(3) The higher educational background has a more significantly difference, while the other factors have no meaningful result.
(4) The married have more significant difference in the job condition than the unmarried, while the other factors have no meaningful result.
(5) By the Regression analysis, the market orientation has an significant influence in proportion to the job satisfaction and condition of the employees.
Last but not least, the Sports Center would be suggested to reinforce the market orientation factor which has impact on the job satisfaction, in order to attain the goals of higher customer satisfaction and better business performance by the results of this research.
