The Purpose of the study was to explore the methodology of Christian media education in new Christian educational environment, the digital environment. The basic concept of Christian education was the interpersonal relationship could be communicated with the basic concept of interactivity of digital environment. I defined the methodology as a theoretical reflection on methods, which involved analyzing, evaluating, and theorizing about method in order to make decisions concerning which methods to use and how to shape and reshape them The scope of the study was included the transition of methods in the digital environment; the foundations of the methodology in Christian media education - theological foundation (Christian World View), Christian educational foundation (Interpersonal relationship), and media foundation (interactivity); and finally some suggestions for further study in this area and in exploration in Christian media education in Korean setting. The results obtained in this study included the following: (1) major transition in media education methods shifted from one-way influence of media to both-ways influences between media and users, media and media, and users and users; (2) for exploring Christian media education the theological foundations needed firmly on the Christian World View; (3) the transition of the concept of media receiver (or audience) to active media user who is able to interact with the media. In conclusion, three practices are needed most to explore the methodology in Christian media education: the unity of churches as Christian media educational environment; the integration of the Christian education and media education; the active participation of interactive media educational activity through plarming, production, and circulation.
