This paper presents how the Teaching and Learning Support Center has developed based on the requirements of the university institution accreditation evaluation results in June 2020, a diagnosis of the current status, and the necessary elements for future development. Based on the requirements of the university institution accreditation evaluation results in June 2020, the Teaching and Learning Support Center started with the establishment of a teaching and learning support center and studio through the efforts of all members, including the school president, and the LMS lecture system and professional manpower were established. Teaching and learning programs were implemented one by one to meet the teaching and learning needs of our university. In an effort to run a customized program for students, the learning support program included a mentor-mentee program, writing and reading discussion study, 1-1 writing expert guidance, language study, learning diagnosis and stress diagnosis and counseling, and special lectures on learning methods. The professor support program provided teaching method research case presentations, support for creative teaching methods, expert lecture analysis consulting and self-analysis, and special lectures on teaching methods. With E-Learning support, the LMS system is currently being used as an essential system for our school’s online classes, programs for citizens living overseas, and video lectures. In face-to-face classes, class videos recorded on Zoom in the LMS can be used as a teaching aid or as a teaching assistant for instructors. It is used for various needs. Lecture recording studios are consistently used by professors for video classes and other purposes. Each program currently being implemented at the Teaching and Learning Support Center must be continuously monitored to ensure that it provides the targeted competencies, identified deficiencies, and supplemented as needed.
In the 2025 university institution accreditation evaluation, evaluation criteria include whether the diversity and participation of student programs has been expanded, the effectiveness of the professor support program, support for new faculty, and the use and performance of CTL equipment. It is considered that continuous management and supplementation should be carried out to ensure that the presented standards are well satisfied.
