Urban improvement projects are in a very necessary process for the efficient management of the country and public welfare.
The pre-feasibility review system began in Seoul, and Busan Metropolitan City implemented the "2030 Basic Plan for Urban and Residential Environment Improvement" from 2020.
Therefore, this study attempted to understand the perception of the pre-feasibility review system of owners, such as land, in areas that are pursuing the designation of maintenance zones. As a result of the analysis, first, it is necessary to explain the system in advance and provide sufficient information during the project, second, it is necessary to simplify the documents and procedures to be submitted for deliberation. Third, it is necessary to change the base date for calculating rights to enhance business feasibility. Fourth, it is necessary to implement the approval number of the district office issued at the same time as the district office report so that application agreements are not overflowing. Fifth, it is necessary to register the administrative office of an agency to facilitate work, and sixth, it was recognized that relief measures such as government support for areas with low business feasibility of maintenance projects were also needed for the welfare of residents.
