This study is a study to determine the impact of media art experience at the art festival theme hall on exhibition immersion and satisfaction with the theme hall at a time when technology is being combined with festivals and tourism. In other words, through this study, we aimed to present implications for the value and usability in the introduction and research of festival immersive technology. The results of the empirical analysis are as follows. First, the impact of media art experience on exhibition immersion was found to have a positive influence in the order of escape, educational, aesthetic, and entertainment experiences. Second, the influence of media art experience on subject matter satisfaction was found to have a positive (+) influence in the order of educational, entertainment, aesthetic, and escape experiences. Third, immersion in the exhibition was found to have a positive (+) effect on satisfaction with the theme. This study verified the necessity and effectiveness of introducing media art technology by analyzing the causal relationship between media art experience and immersion and satisfaction, and presented academic and practical implications.
