The purpose of this study is to present the direction of organizational restructuring as a development plan of physical education policy promotion system through the analysis and diagnosis of the overall condition of physical education policy promotion system. In this study, five directions were suggested as the direction of organizational restructuring for the development plan of national sports policy promotion system: ⅰ) enhancement of national sports promotion ⅱ) efficiency enhancement through similar work integration ⅲ) enhancement of rationality centered on policy beneficiaries ⅳ) enhancing the coordination of national sport policy function; and (v) enhancing future orientation in response to the value of physical education. Based on the above-mentioned basic point of view, the development strategy of national sport promotion system suggested in this study is briefly described as follows. First, the logic of enlargement and reorganization is as follows: First, the efficiency of promotion of the national sports through the integration of similar tasks. Second, the rational central government administration centered on the policy beneficiaries. Third, securing the future orientation of the physical education policy in response to the value of physical education. Second, in order to expand the system of physical education policy, we surveyed the physical education related affairs specified in the government organization law and presented it as the subject of the transfer. Finally, as part of the expansion plan, we added facilities safety and sports welfare to the current system.
