The purpose of this study was to explore teachers'' responsibilities and policy support to improve human nature value focusing on school physical education. Literature was reviewed and data was collected from focus group interviews targeting experts. The inductive analysis method was applied to investigating. Results of the research have revealed that school physical education has been cultivating students'' social personalities and improving their emotional intelligence which has been also making contributions to academic achievement and socio-psychological development. In order to help students foster such human nature value, teachers should first have solid beliefs and philosophies about physical education classes and should be able to make a good use of a class structure that would focus on integrated physical education and design physical education class programs which would work appropriately enough for learners. In terms of plans to support a policy to increase human nature value of learners, the study suggested that everyday physical activities should be promoted while multi-purpose physical activity facilities and teaching aids are arranged and ideas to strengthen expertise of physical education teachers are offered. The study argues that as for how to improve human nature value using school physical education, it will be finally realized only when teachers fulfill their responsibilities deliberately and intentionally following theirs beliefs and when political support plans are established at the same time.
