Regardless of the increase in automation and remote work, workers in the securities industry are always exposed to emotional labor, and the increase in emotional labor is expected to have a significant impact on the performance of the organization. This study aimed to demonstrate the impact of workers" emotional labor on organizational citizenship behavior and the moderating effect of job enthusiasm vitality among workers in the securities industry. For this purpose, a total of 200 questionnaires were collected from securities industry workers, and empirical analysis was conducted using SPSS 22.0.
The analysis results and implications are as follows. First, the main explanatory variables affecting organizational citizenship behavior were all emotional labor variables. In other words, high surface behavior can lead to low organizational citizenship behavior because employees may be more likely to allocate more time and energy to surface behavior. It also means that employees are more likely to have positive attitudes and job satisfaction toward their work and the organization. Second, regarding the interaction between emotional labor factors and vitality, only basic internal behavior had an interaction effect of vitality in explaining organizational citizenship behavior, which means that when workers have high vitality, they are likely to have more energy and motivation; This is because basic behavior is greatly improved.
