Report Errors
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among self-leadership, organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behaviors of workers in resorts. The empirical analysis was performed based on survey data from 284 workers engaged in 6 resorts by using SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 4.0. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, self-leadership had a positive affected on the organizational commitment. Secondly, the organizational commitment had a positive affected on organizational citizenship behavior. Lastly, self-leadership had a positive affected on organizational citizenship behavior. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented including some directions for future studies. Additionally, practical implications of the findings and suggestions were discussed.
