This study is a case analysis study of the museum docent system that combines holography technology and A.I. It is a proposal for a museum docent system that combines it. The system provides information about exhibits through a holographic virtual docent and provides a digital assistant that allows users to interact with visitors while navigating the museum. The advantage of holographic technology is that it can be superimposed on exhibits while giving a three-dimensional feeling. It can differentiate from existing AR, VR, and MR technologies, and can give a new experience in terms of exhibition production. And users can interact as naturally as if they were having a conversation with a holographic docent, making it easier to get information about the exhibits.
Using holograms and AI technology, museum docent systems can interact with users in innovative ways and help enhance the museum experience. This requires experts from various fields to work together to solve technical problems.
