Before the development of the Internet, consumers could only purchase products from offline stores, but due to the recent development of information technology devices, consumers could purchase products anytime, anywhere through smartphones. In addition, due to the change in delivery speed, if consumer order before 12 o’clock the previous day, consumer can receive the product at dawn the next day. It can be very useful for consumers in that they can order and receive the products they want quickly and at dawn, but consumers’ complaints about logistics services are increasing because it has not been long since it was introduced. The purpose of this study is to analyze through the UTAUT model what is the logistics quality factor that affects the acceptance intention of early morning delivery service. As a result of the study, first, it was found that among the quality factors of logistics service, three variables of Assurance, Tangibles, Empathy excluding Reliability and Responsiveness, had a significant effect on consumers’ performance expectancy and effort expectancy. Second, it was found that all four variables, which are internal factors of the UTAUT model, such as performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, and Facilitating Conditions, all effect on acceptance intention.
