The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of strength training coordination on the sports injury and athletic performance of male college bowlers and to provide the basic data for developing the training methods for improving the athletic performance and injury prevention through physical imbalance of bowlers.
In order to achieve these goals, 33 subjects who are currently registered as a player in the Korean Bowling Association and having 5 years or more athletic career. As a result of observing improvements on Sports Injury and Athletic Performance the strength training coordination, the following conclusion was derived.
The strength training coordination for 24 weeks. The results of this study were as follows: First, As a result of analyzing the change of sports injury according to strength training coordination program, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG. Second, As a result of analyzing the change of athletic performance distribution according to strength training coordination program, OEG was significantly improved compared to NEG and DEG.
As a result of observing improvements on sports injury and athletic performance the strength training coordination, was an effective exercise in the improvement of sports injury and athletic performance of male college bowlers.
