The purpose of this study is to provide basic data for promoting customer-oriented behavior and improving job satisfaction by analyzing the effect of hospital employees organizational culture perception on customer orientation and job satisfaction. To this end, a survey was conducted from Mar 02 to 31, 2023 for 274 hospital employees in Gwangju·Jeonnam. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and multiple-regression analysis were performed using for SPSS 23.0 program. The analysis results are as follows, organizational culture awareness showed statistically significant differences in age and hospital career, customer orientation awareness showed statistically significant differences in hospital career, and job satisfaction awareness showed statistically significant differences in age and hospital experience. As a result of correlation analysis, organizational culture perception showed a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with customer orientation, and also showed a significant positive (+) correlation with job satisfaction. In addition, customer orientation showed a statistically significant positive (+) correlation with job satisfaction. As a result of regression analysis, it was found that Innovation orientation and task oriented organizational culture affect customer orientation, and innovation orientation and task oriented organizational culture also affect job satisfaction. Therefore, policy intervention at the hospital organization level is needed to cultivate accurate awareness of organizational culture, and a plan to improve job satisfaction through education that can promote customer oriented behavior is needed.
