The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of education service quality and institutes satisfaction of academy credit bank system for lifelong education on re-enrollment intention. The subject consisted of 378 students whose lived in Dea-jun and Seoul City. To analyze the collected data, SPSS 17.0 for window program is used, and these data are verified by the factor analysis, , t-test, χ 2-test , regression analysis and the path analysis. The results was as follows. First, three factors emerged to account for the education service quality. These factors were given the titles of instructor service, facilities service and institute service factors. Education service quality exerted significant positive effect on re-enrollment intention. The order is instructor service, facilities service and institute service. Second, education service quality exerted significant positive effect on institutes satisfaction. The order is instructor service, facilities service and institute service. Third, institutes satisfaction exerted significant positive effect on re-enrollment intention. Finally, education service quality showed a positive effect on re-enrollment intention via institutes satisfaction.
