The purpose of this study was to apply it to the curriculum to improve the teaching methods of social welfare field practice course management and learner's learning activities and academic ability, and to find ways to improve them. By applying the Havruta teaching method, learners were encouraged to pose a problem and suggest a way to solve the problem on their own through four types, debate focused type, pair teaching type, question oriented type, and problem-making. Research Results First, it is necessary to come up with a way to reach a social consensus so that values corresponding to social welfare field practice can be reflected and implemented in practice. Second, it is necessary to teach the partner about the ‘external-led model’ among the ‘agenda construction model’ of the field and classification of social welfare institutions and make efforts to implement it. Third, it should be possible to understand and explain the practice of document preparation and case management according to the implementation of social welfare field practice. Fourth, the function of supervision, the role of the practice instructor, and the characteristics of the supervision method were understood, and problems could be raised based on this, so that the learner could apply it on their own.
