Purpose : The purpose of this study is to provide remote group communication context to stuttering adults with controlled fluency levels, and to provide transfer-stage training to practice established fluency in various environments, as well as the ability to construct speech by practicing various communication tasks. Methods : The communication intervention program for stuttering adults goes through the establishment and transition stages. Intervention A is carried out as an establishment stage if the evaluation result does not reach the transfer stage. Group communication intervention is provided through Intervention B. Results : The transfer stage corresponding to intervention B consisted of an introduction-advance-training stage. In the introduction stage, it consisted of the correct breathing method, pronunciation of consonants and vowels, appropriate intonation and speed of speech, and short reading practice. In the advance stage, preparation before speaking (topic, composition, interest), communication situations that occur when meeting the other person for the first time, ice breaking, sharing interests with the other person, self-expression of one’s feelings, and in the training stage, it is possible to improve communication skills by explaining specific topics, reading news and radio scripts, practicing narratives in various contexts. Conclusions : In this study, we tried to develop a transfer training program with communication intervention for subjects with a controlled fluency level who may have previously been treated for stuttering or may not reveal their stuttering problems. In the future, it is necessary to go through the process of applying it to stuttering adults.
