Purpose : The purpose of this study is to investigate research trends and effects through a study of overseas telepactice in stutter literature. Methods : This study examines the current status of research, subject types, test tools, and programs of 20 papers (from 2000 to 2022) related to overseas remote stutter therapy. And the effect of remote stutter therapy is to be investigated Results : The results of this study were first, although more research has been conducted than in 2010 due to COVID-19, research on stutter children was found to be insufficient. second, we confirmed that the devices used remotely were computers, smartphones, etc., and that Zoom and Skype were often used as programs. third, we confirmed that remote stutter assessment should be performed comprehensively. Conclusions : Based on overseas studies, it is expected that future studies on stutter therapy remote evaluation tools and intervention programs will be conducted in Korea to help patients with voice disorders. fourth, 13 out of 20 studies found it to be effective, and 6 studies found it difficult and ineffective for education.
