The purpose of this study is to seek ways to provide additional incentives to companies that provide full-time jobs to the disabled to stably expand jobs for the disabled. In a study of method, the trend analysis by employment type and similar systems were investigated, and the expected size of support was estimated using various data. As a result of the analysis, when the system was introduced as a way to increase the unit price from the current subsidy, the amount of support was estimated to be between 210,000 and 250,000. However, it is necessary to consider the risk of deadweight loss and the short-term work of the disabled, so it is necessary to promote decent jobs for the disabled in various aspects, not simply conversion to full-time jobs.
