[Purpose] The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of Internal Marketing on Job Satisfaction and Customer Orientation in Golf Courses. [Method] To perform the examination, 300 staff members who worked at golf courses located in Jeollanam-do and the city of Gwangju in 2016 are selected by the method of convenience sampling. For the maximum precision for the given resources, the data collected from 28 respondents, which are considered inaccurate and unreliable, have been discarded. Based on the research results obtained through frequency analysis, correlation analysis, and confirmative factor analysis for data processing. [Result] This study will show that internal marketing has significant influences on job satisfaction in golf courses and that job satisfaction inspires much of positive customer-oriented performance.
