In summary, this study shows analogies from the large amount of Middle Korean Sino-Korean readings in “The Korean Annotation of the Classic of Odes (詩經諺解)”. These analogies coincides with analogies and contagions of Middle Korean Sino-Korean readings discussed in Kono (1968) and Ito (2002). In contrary to Kono (1968), this study used the 1613 version instead the version from Nagoya University (ca. 19th century), as it is closer to the date of original publication; this study also compared the readings with the fanqie of “Jingdian Shiwen (經典釋文)”. This new approach reveals the following. First, many of the readings have corresponding fanqie in 『廣韻』, but some irregularities are found: “會” which is actually a variant of “旝” * , is misunderstood as “회”; “懟” * is erroneously read as “”; “喤”, which should be read as * when it refers to the ‘sound of crying/weeping’, is read as “”; these examples may all be considered as analogy. Second, this study found cases of analogies occuring in Middle Chinese (thus possibly affecting Sino-Korean readings): “昭” of “昭昭” shall be considered as a variant (通假) of “照” *tewsb > (not the usual *tewb > ), but both Middle Chinese and Sino-Korean misreads it as Level tone (平聲); “祉” shall be * > in Middle Chinese, but both Middle Chinese and Sino-Korean reanalyze the letter as the same of “止” * > which is the phonetic component. Finally, I also found some errors from Kono (1968). Examples: Kono (1968) refers the initial of “熠” as “羽母” [sic] (corresponds to “于母”), but it's actually “以母” j; “懟” i is erroneously referred as “隊韻” -woj.
