In this study, the purpose of the study is to find out about the residential satisfaction level of the dormitory and the recommended meaning for Chinese students studying abroad at Mokwon University. For this purpose, this study was conducted by referring to the preceding study. Based on this, the survey respondents' demographic and residential environment characteristics were identified, and key analysis was performed and validity was verified to determine the housing satisfaction and importance. The main findings of the study are as follows. First, the cost of dormitories and the kindness of administrative managers, other items of satisfaction factors, have the greatest influence on the recommendation. Second, items affecting the recommended intent are heating and cooling system, facilities in public areas, security facilities in dormitories, and facilities in bedroom spaces. Next, the public area, the cleanliness of the bedroom room upon entering the company, the sleeping environment, the learning environment, and the comfort of the rest area. Fourth, it was found that only the size of the dormitory, the space structure of the dormitory, the size and structure of the bathroom, and the size of the storage space among the spatial factors, and the other factors did not affect the recommendation. Third, the analysis of variance among factors of main event desirability by gender indicated no significant difference. The analysis results of variance among factors of importance showed that only dorm expenses and the level of kindness of the administrator of the administrative staff differed. Based on the results of this study, considering the effect of the proposed remodeling of dorms for foreign students or the construction of new residence for foreign students in the future, it will be possible to attract foreign students to Korea, help them with projects to improve the living environment of foreign students and present basic data.
