In this study, Nipa palm extract by solvent were investigated for their anti-hyperglycemic and using in-vitro, in-vivo animal models. In-vitro study, we investigated the inhibitory activities of Nipa palm stems and flower extracts by solvent against various digestive enzymes such as α-glucosidase, sucrase, maltase, and glucoamylase. In addition, α-amylase inhibitory activity, oxygen radical absorbance capacity, total phenolic and flavonoid content were measured.
