This study aims to identify the impact of convenience in care, expertise in care, interaction, enjoyment, customer satisfaction, and trust on continuous use intentions and to present marketing strategies and implications to hospital officials. Consequently, the implications of this study are as follows: First, we should increase the convenience of parking by supporting ballet parking to customers. Second, by purchasing state-of-the-art medical equipment and securing professional personnel with abundant medical experience, quality service should be provided to customers. Third, it is necessary to further improve customer satisfaction and trust through detailed explanations of words, actions, and medical conditions that can give credibility to customers. Fourth, it will be necessary to provide convenience facilities such as music and fragrance, books and art appreciation to customers to find peace of mind during waiting time. Fifth, surveys should be conducted periodically to customers to actively reflect inconvenience or satisfaction. Finally, hospitals should actively promote the provision of various health-related information to customers and the well-formed infrastructure.
