This study conducted to identify the influence of job characteristics of employees in food service companies on perceived organization support and organizational commitment. To identify the relationships, this study employed five factors for evaluating job characteristics which are technical diversity, task identity, task majority, autonomy, and feed back. Employees who are working at any foodservice companies were recruited for statistical dada analysis. Online survey method was used for collecting the data and developed online survey was distributed to 300 employees. Total 217 participants were used after deleting the uncorrect and unsincere answers. SPSS 25.0 and AMOS 25.0 were employed for conducting statistical analysis including hypothesis test. Results found that only task majority and feedback have significantly influenced on perceived organization support and organizational commitment. Technical diversity was only significant antecedent of perceive organization support and automomy was only significant antecedent of organizational commitment. In this study, the relationships between task identity and dependent variables were not significantly supported. These results will contribute to improve the organization support and commitment of foodservice companies" employees, and develop diverse educational program to derived their employees" commitment about company.
