Value has become an important topic in many social science disciplines including organization studies, psychology, sociology and economics. This study explored the food service employees' personal value, organizational commitment, job stress & service quality. Food service employees' personal value, organizational commitment & service quality. Then how food service employees' job stress affects organizational commitment & service quality has been examined. From june 1. 2017 to june 30, 218 questionnaires were distributed with food service employees. 205 responses were collected for empirical analysis except the missing and wrong value responses. The results of the study based on the research method and procedures are as follows. First, personal value factor had significant influence on organizational commitment. Second, organizational commitment had significant influence on service quality. Third, food service employees job stress had significant influence on organizational commitment and service quality. Personal values were divided instrumental value and ultimate value by analyzing factors. The ultimate value is affecting organizational involvement rather than by means of value. Possible explanations for the results are offered. Their implications and directions for further research are discussed.
