Ahead of 21st century, the development of a recent industrial technology is very fast. The cycle of changes is revolutionary comparing with the speed of technology changes of the industrial field which is changing rapidly, the skill education in the technical educational field doesn`t follow the speed of changes. Especially, if the technical high schools which are educating skilled-manpower, don`t change curriculum, it is difficult for them to meet the new industrial society and to confront with the technical competitiveness. The technical education needs to approach a new technology more systematically. And the method might build the cooperation system which both technical high school and industry are beneficial practically. The main purpose of this study is to suggest the new education-industry cooperation that can be more cooperative, the some specific strategies are as follows : Firstly, we may review the executional background of the our country and foreign countries` education-industry cooperation system and work experience. Secondly, we may explore the use device of the experimental machines in the technical high school for the certainty of the new education-industry cooperation system. Thirdly, we may implement the developmental program of technical high schools for the certainty of the new education-industry cooperation system.
