This study was aimed to search over the status and controversial problems of technical colleges, which have made a role to promote science and technology by their bringing up many technicians. On the other hand, a particular attention has been paid to the effective education-industry cooperation scheme to be contributed by technicians produced in Junior technical colleges. A primary perspective of the study was drawn from the history, educational purpose and status of Junior technical colleges. The researcher also tried to review more information on educational backgrounds of the technical colleges in U.S.A., U.K., F.R.G. and Japan to compare with that of us. From this observation, the researcher assumed that the integrated scheme for education-industry cooperation should be an extension to the manpower, research & development (R&D), etc. Finally, the researcher emphasized that more attention would be highly profitable to promote that cooperation and furthermore to arrange a global scheme in order to inspire the technicians, which have contributed to technical development and education-industry cooperation.
